Mysteriously my review of this bank was erased but the customer service by Kaitlin Hall was terrible I found out when she sent my w2s and important bank statements back she sent them 2nd day air and then lied on a Friday and told me she sent them out Thursday,I could have picked them up without lost of time because fed ex didn,t pick up pk until Friday at 6pm that same night, not professional or honest at all.
