We are very disappointed with Grand Smiles and will not be returning! Our child is 3 years old, and we had Medicaid Blue Cross insurance. Over the phone, we were promised that everything would be covered, but upon arrival, they charged $75 for a mandatory X-ray. The dentist was unfriendly and ultimately did nothing, referring us to another clinic where the treatment will be done under sedation. The service was zero, just a waste of time and money. My 4 yr old each time we took him to the dentist he would have a hard time and come out scared. We will refer to grand smile he was nervous all the way there and he had his appointment at 9:30 we got there around 9:20ish was called right way once we got checked it even before his appointment time. And he went in with dad to the room and I was super nervous since he does cry and gets scared easily.
