I have used GSTT for three events, Indian Wells, US Open, and Aussie Open. I can confidently say that they have impressed me every time with their customer service, hospitality, and general knowledge of the tournaments, players and match ups. NEVER EVER buy a ticket from this company . We asked for mens semi final tickets and we got women's semi final tickets . This group is so untrustworthy. DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THEM.
This group COMPLETELY misled us and gave us women’s semifinal tickets instead of men’s. One of us traveled in from the US for this match, only to not see it! I never leave reviews like this but felt morally compelled to make sure this doesn’t happen to any other tennis lovers.

We had a fabulous time in London at Wimbledon with Grand Slam Tours! Our seats were outstanding along with the hotel, transportation and hospitality house! They treated us very well and we could not have been more pleased with our experience!
