Very deceptive practice and horrible customer service. We moved in the middle of the month and they do not tell you that if you move in the middle of a month, you are paying for the whole month. They bill from the first to the last day, but no one tells you this. So we paid for a full month but barely got two weeks. Not only do they do this, but if you call any of the three numbers it says they will call you right back. Nope. Called and left 3 voicemails and rang the Ring doorbell and no one answered, all during open hours. ... read more

I’m very pleased of the with how Clean, and how easy it is to access. It is truly temperature controlled unlike other units we have used.
The best storage! I love being able to access my unit from my phone. The place is very clean and safe!
