RecommendedMy group had a great time this evening...the new look is great and everything else was too...service, drinks and food! I had the Island Tacos...um, delicious! Loved the entertainment too.
RecommendedWas there the night before the original opening and it was great was there a couple days after the reopening and food was good service a little slow but you have to expect that for a while the place looks really nice, but I don’t know why they didn’t put a back room in for parties we’ve had many many parties there and now we have to find someplace else
RecommendedWe had our annual Christmas party there the day after the reopening. Ed bent over backwards to make sure everything went smoothly! The place looks better than I could have imagined and with the VERY short time they had to prepare for a party of 30+ people we were completely satisfied! Thank you to our server Jennifer as well for the EXCELLENT service and being on top of everything!!!!! We will ALWAYS use Grand Slam for any party, event, or to just have lunch or dinner! 🥂

RecommendedGlad you are back open. We have been regular customers for years. But our first vist back had the worst service ever! Very understaffed, Staff there was overwhelmed. We ordered lg salad for 2, wings, pizza. Pizza and wings came before salad, Had to ask for plates 2 times for pizza and wings, then came salad, Still no plates, 3rd time finally plates. Think we will give it a while before revist so that staff can be trained or more staff to be hired.
RecommendedThey just reopened 4 days ago so they still have some kinks to work out. Waitress was attentive but it took about 45 to 50 min to get the food. Food was good once received. Took another 20 minutes for her to get our payment. We ended up leaving cash just so we could leave.
