It’s been on of my favorite places in NYC for more then 17 years, you will never have better Chinese outside China then here!
If I'm not ordering delivery from Golden City up on W34th, and want a sit-down dining experience, Grand Sichuan is my choice, especially since I lived 2 blocks away from it. Regardless of proximity, their General Tso's was and is magnificent.

What's not to love about this unpretentious far-west joint that retains its preserved-in-amber, run-down 1970s NYC vibe?
