Included health or Dr on Demand has horrible customer service please avoid using them.
This place is now Included Health, they run Dr On Demand and has dirty ethics. Try looking up and leaving a review for Dr On Demand or Included Health and you be led on a wild goose chase just like their customer service team does after they bill you for a service they didn’t provide. So far Dr On Demand led me to Included Health which doesn’t show up on Google Maps (so can’t leave review) and was previously Grand Mounds which does show up hence this review for them. They have the worst customer service team. You cant get care. Cant get help. I wonder why my my employer Amazon even pays for this. I'll figure out a way to file a grievance case against this company. I dont want to do buisness with them any longer.
