Where do I even begin?? Multiple times water would be turned off with no prior warning. Only being made aware of why sometimes hours after having no water. Walking into home with no prior notice for nonemergency things like replacing blinds. Multiple instances of power being shut off with no prior notice of any repairs being done. Once went an hour with no power before management sent something out as to why the power was shut off.
