Very friendly service
Visited the Kitchener service center on Saturday October 10 2026. I must have caught the service lady on a bad day because she was the most rude and condescending customer service representative I have ever encountered. Would not let me finish explaining my issue before interrupting me. She gave me the impression I was bothering her. Unfortunately, after being cut off mid sentence a few times and trying to speed talk my way through my story I got a little rude myself which just added more negativity to the encounter.
