Really helpful and friendly service
They don’t have a customer service department it seems. I’ve tried calling a few times to no avail. Not to mention GRT is not the most accommodating modes of transport, kinda sketchy.lots of robberies people steal wallets and bus cards or passes and bad maintenance / service from drivers and support agents.
Inconsistent service as we head into another strike.
