Ive had issues with my pass. I went in for the 3rd time. It was 5:58 at your King st location , the trained employee let me in ,they could have said no and closed 2 min early like they had planned.Upon entry another untrained employee told me to "hurry up" I said they didnt need to be so rude. I was told they didnt need to let me in. They did not resolve the issue became even more rude as if I was a inconvenience to her doing her job.
