Good service to customers.
This is a GRT stop on Victoria Street and Lawrence in Kitchener (Route 20) in front of a Hasty Mart, the Hasty Mart never had a garbage can so GRT I'm assuming retaliated by removing their garbage can and having no garbage can at the store or the bus stop does not help the city, this has been going on for years now with no garbage can some people even hang bags off the posts. GRT buses have gone so bad in 2025, they are constantly delayed(especially 204)it's not even worth giving 4$ for fare and not reaching on time anywhere.
GRT customer support is nonexistent. I am a disabled person in a wheelchair and have had nothing but issue after issue with the drivers and the customer support workers and supervisors do next to nothing to address issues. I have been left stranded at a stop for 40+ minutes in the heat MULTIPLE TIMES as a result of negligence on part of the drivers and have received next to no help from the “customer support workers”.
