GRT customer support is nonexistent. I am a disabled person in a wheelchair and have had nothing but issue after issue with the drivers and the customer support workers and supervisors do next to nothing to address issues. I have been left stranded at a stop for 40+ minutes in the heat MULTIPLE TIMES as a result of negligence on part of the drivers and have received next to no help from the “customer support workers”. Good customer service
Bus departure time was delayed as drivers were smoking and socializing in a circle. Not consistent or reliable, would not recommend if you have anywhere to be.
