I was traveling today, from Coulthard Blvd to Cambridge center in the bus 65 at 2:09 pm from there and the driver of the bus was so rude that, when my one card didn't work, I showed him the one card portal for my active status and then he let me get travel, but when I was asking him this things he didn't even speak a word and was just driving even when I was standing with him to talk. Pathetic service
Kinda confusing about where to get bus tickets or bus passes...
Today mrng at 8:30 am 15 april I lost my card and don’t have any money because I haven’t checked it before leaving house and found it lost somewhere by the time i have to tap it but lady who drove the route 8 today was so nice and kind with this review i wanna thanks her I don’t know her name but she is helpful because if she denies in the mrng then definitely i will be getting late for my shift . Thanks
