Welcome to KW, coldest morning of the year, frost even on bus shelters and yet, colder in 301 and 302 than level of coldness outside. On the 302 they even have the back window open, so crazy. Either their buses don't work well they just increased fares to 4 dollars so there's no excuses and should fix their buses. Either that, or the more likelier, their brains simply don't work. Whatever be it, it a bad bad look on this transportation service for not supplying adequate heat to its paying customers.
I took bus at 2:19 from belmont and glassgow no. 16 today. The bus driver was really nice and kind. She brings joy to everyone face. Thank you for your service:)
I was traveling today, from Coulthard Blvd to Cambridge center in the bus 65 at 2:09 pm from there and the driver of the bus was so rude that, when my one card didn't work, I showed him the one card portal for my active status and then he let me get travel, but when I was asking him this things he didn't even speak a word and was just driving even when I was standing with him to talk.
