They messed up the paperwork they sent to my insurance (tricare) and then they sent me to collections…… can I send them to collections?
I have always appreciated the clinicians and staff at this clinic, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I scheduled a full series of physical therapy appointments about a month ago. Because I am a teacher who works about 1.5 hours away, I arranged these appointments carefully and coordinated coverage for my classes months in advance.
