I feel like I'm not listened to one doctor left didn't even have her for a year my new doctor seemed uninterested after she found out I was bipolar depressive she said she was going to order blood tests and some imaging and talked to a neurologist well it's been over 3 weeks very disappointed with the care I have received at Grand River ever since Dr Johnson left I have not had quality medical Care
My daughter has been going to her occupational appointments for a back injury she sustained while at work. She has been to two appointments and has had some correspondence by phone. All of these interactions have been with the same receptionist whom she describes as an "older lady named Christine." Each time my daughter has interacted with this receptionist, whether by phone or in person, she calls me upset because of the way "Christine" treats her. Just not worth the drive for the neglect and disrespect towards clients. Mental illnesses are a joke to these guys.
