The building was nice, but when I was leaving I didn't see the curb and I fell down breaking my two front teeth, bruising my face etc. My sister in law fell the same night. I wrote them a letter but never got a response. I'll never go back.
The Grand River Center is a nice building to hold events, however, I think it would be nice if their concession stand area would accept debit/credit cards. We have been here for a dance competition all day and we would like to buy drinks and food throughout the day, but cannot because they do not accept cards. They also do not have an ATM machine in the building. The nearest one is in the hotel next door. Very inconvenient.
We had a family BIRTHDAY PARTY at the Grand River Center and had a great time. The area was clean and ready for us to setup our items. The staff was very accomodating. Thank you, GRC!
