No one was at the front desk for check in so we had to walk across the street to their “sister hotel” to check in. Website says valet and bag service but no one was available. We had to park around back by the kitchen because no one was there to show us how to get to our room. We asked for our room to be cleaned and no one serviced it. I travel the world and this is the lowest budget service in terms of quality.

Disappointed Stay – Not Worth $390/Night I had high hopes for The Meritage Resort and Spa given its reputation and the $390/night price tag, but unfortunately, our experience was far from what you’d expect at a luxury property. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed the room was not up to acceptable standards of cleanliness or maintenance — not even close.
