I've lived at Grand Reserve for three years now - we're the first family to live in our apartment. Though they may be a little noisy this is true of most apartments built today in Alabama; I've lived in three complexes in Madison and they're all on the thin-wall side. The flip side is this complex has dog walk stations (scooper bags), no dogs off the leash, a cooperative management staff, and a useful gym with free tanning beds.
