I placed a work order last night about my kitchen sink faucet being broke and there was no hot water coming from it. Drew came by today and replaced it with an updated faucet that is more modern and matches the sink color. Drew was very professional. From start to finish including the clean up he was in and out in under an hour.
We realized our water heater’s drain pan was full and called Emergency Maintenance. One of the maintenance guys named Drew called back immediately and was here to check out the problem within an hour. Turns out, there was a leak! Early this morning, he showed up to drain and remove the old water heater. It has now been replaced with a new one. With Drew’s attention-to-detail and love for the work he does, I’m confident that we’ll have our hot water up and running again within an hour or two!
I needed my bathroom water hotter and my closet door fixed and Mr. Drew came out that same day and fixed it very quickly.
Drew was very kind and assisted us with the weather stripping on our door, it was very tight and he came and help us within a finger snap!
Attempted to contact property on several different occasions a throughout the week, no one EVER answers the phone
