Any company that doesn’t refund money due to a wedding being moved because of a deadly virus, and it’s also the law that they had to move it per the VA Governor, shouldn’t be in business. Shame on you people!

Can’t recommend Grand Rental Station in Winchester enough. I rented a power saw over the weekend and couldn’t get it to start because I screwed it up. No trouble at all, they refunded and rebooked me for next weekend. They even showed me how to not flood it while giving me the reassuring “it happens to all guys sometimes” talk. Beyond that, they all just seem like they like their jobs. Thanks to all the people there, most of whose names all weirdly start with J.
As soon as we walked in we were waited on and even offered a cup of coffee. All staff was very knowledgeable and helpful with the questions we had relating to stihl trimmers and chainsaws and even about plowing our garden. We will definitely be returning customers!

Grand rental is amazing!!! We rented all of our tables, chairs and linens from them for our wedding! They were super sweet and gave us a military discount which was extremely generous. Our whole process with them was stress free and we couldn't have been more pleased with the service we received! I highly recommend them for any event!
