I am very dissatisfied with the customer service and rental products offered by the Grand Rental Station company. I rented a backhoe from the company for 16 hours but was unable to use the machinery any longer than 4 hours due to a line blowing in the backhoe! I called and left a message about the problem on Saturday evening but the company never returned the phone call.
