I am very grateful and appreciative to Grans Realty Group. They are not only rented my house, but when I needed to sell it, they prepared the house for sale, they made all repairs and cleanings and then Jim sold it for price even higher than it was listed on the market. They do everything on time, never overcharge for repairs and Grand realty group are very responsible professionals.
From a Tenant perspective this experience was a breath of fresh air. Any maintenance issues were easy to report, and were resolved in a timely and efficient manner. There was clear communication about property vacating procedures and a professional and appropriate listing of items that could cause a potential deposit deduction. It was easy to adhere to and I got my full deposit back. Grand Realty, and Tammy, balance tenants needs well with the owners. Thoroughly recommend them.
My brother and I rented with Grand Realty Group for 2 years. We were consistently impressed by their clear, prompt communication, excellent organization, and professionalism. I always felt like they cared and were ready to assist with whatever we needed. Tammy Washer in particular was always great to work with. I would recommend them to anyone.
