Jim at Grand Realty Group managed two rental properties for my wife and I for over seven years in Gurnee after we retired to Florida. I spoke with Tammy, trying to set up a tour for one of the rental properties, and let me tell you when Tammy and Grand Realty Group have been above and beyond helping me! My current apartment is making it hard to move out, so talking with Tammy today really made me happy and relieved on where I may be living soon! Over the last 10 years, Jim has been managing my rental property and overseeing everything for it.
