The property i am currently in was owned by grand realty until this month, requests sat for weeks, we didn’t get a second set of keys for over 5 months, we never got a new smoke detector after asking months ago, they’re good in the sense that they leave tenants alone but bad in the sense that nothing gets done.
Understanding landlord and wonderful neighborhood
I have been renting from Grand Realty for the past ten years and they have been an awesome management company, something I think few renters can say. Maintenance requests were easily requested through the portal and they texted back within a few minutes telling what time they would be there to fix the issue, always within a day or two. Excellent landlords. Repair requests acknowledged in short order and made on time. Truly a joy to do business with. They managed a property that I had been a long term tenant in. The new owner decided to sell and not renew my lease (I had been there 13 years-the last three with Grand Realty as the property manager for the new owner).
