Grand Reality has been a wonderful company to rent an apartment from. The owners are always very responsive when you reach out to them and they really seem to care that you're happy with your living situation. That's not usually the case with landlords!

Dan helped me sell my existing home and buy a townhouse. The home sold quickly thanks to his helpful advice on updates/improvements to make before listing. It took awhile to find the new house but Dan was great at getting viewings scheduled - sometimes with short notice from me. He was fun to work with. Very personable and knowledgeable.
