Grand Real Estate Advisors is a sorry excuse for an apartment management company. I hope that folks do not ever have their property taken over by this company because they will try to apparently swindle and cheat you at about every given opportunity. Grand Real Estate Advisors took over my apartment complex (The Lex). As much as I would love to write a good review about the people that manage the property I simply can't. Communication is poor and it takes awhile for anyone just to get back to me. I think it's very important to have a good relationship/communication with your property manager and my roommate and I simply don't have that.
I had a good experience with Ted for finding a tenant in St Paul. He worked hard for me and offered sound advice. Would work with him again!
