Had my daughter‘s car towed to this facility at the recommendation of a friend and I thought it had a blown engine head or something major and they were able to determine that it just needed a new coil which was only a few hundred dollars instead of a few thousand dollars. Fantastic company to work with!
Sketchiest repair shop I’ve been to. They charge you without notice for how busy they are/how many days it takes them to repair. I got charged for “3 days storage fee” when i dropped it off and it took them three days to fix, absolute joke. I wouldn’t trust their business with a piece of scrap metal
Scheduled an appointment to do my spark plugs 3 days in advance. I read and saw that people were saying the communication/service is bad but I saw that they respond to reviews and I thought it looked good that they care and maybe that the reviews were just bs but when I showed up I had to call bc the door was locked.(not rly a big deal) but they took another car and they asked me to wait in my car for an hour in the parking lot. Never go here they had my car for 4 months when I got the car back after them replacing the turbo it turns out Mike had broke the oil line and not replaced or told me about it so the car ended up blowing up to that 4 days after I got it back IF YOU DONT KNOW WHAT YOUR DOING DONT WORK ON CARS Lucky I didn't sue My car is under warranty and most things are free thusly why we aren't in a court room right now Never let mike touch your car
