The other night I went to fill my tank which was almost empty and the gas cap would not open. I tried everything so I called Grand Rapids Motor Car and they took me in the next day and I drove up. They took my car in the back, fix the gas, cap problem cleaned it up. Gave it back while I waited. Amazing service amazing response that’s why this is my go to place for service for two cars an Audi S6 and a Mercedes GLS 450
If you’re not going here for your service You’re making mistake Tom and his people Are absolutely phenomenal And I dare you to find a price that will be his around the city you won’t And if you don’t believe me, take your car over there and find out Best group of guys I’ve ever had to work on it!
Avoid this place, your wallet will thank you. Professional staff, but HORRIBLE business practices. Quoted us $1800 for rear brakes and $1800 for a new exhaust… got a second quote for the exhaust for $330. Charged us $85 to check the brakes but come to find out, they didn’t even inspect the brakes because they were “too rusty”. Absolutely ridiculous they quoted us $1800 for brakes and come to find out, they didn’t even need to be replaced. Do not trust these people. Go elsewhere.
I hit a pothole right next to GR Motorcar and was stuck in the road due to a ball joint failure, I went in asking if there was anything they could do to help me out. They immediately took my information and came out to see how they could get my truck in the shop, they got it in the shop so quick and were incredibly professional. Everyone was so kind and helpful, it made a not-so-fun situation a little more bearable. I cannot thank you all enough for assisting me today while I was in a pinch.
Excellent communication and customer service. Cody was great to deal with and very informative.
