Excellent communication and customer service. Cody was great to deal with and very informative.
Former employee and would highly recommend pricing around the jobs they are trying to sell you. They have to make a minimum of 55 percent gross profit so most of the time you pay well over dealer pricing. I highly recommend checking prices. There is a reason they don’t put part numbers on any papers. Any other questions just ask.

They got me scheduled, inspected, and out the door in two days. They were fair on price as well. Great experience all around.
I am having my vehicle serviced at Grand Rapids motor car as I write this review. I am a first-time customer of theirs. Bob, the service writer and Tom the master technician have been wonderful to work with thus far. I am looking forward to the repair of my vehicle being completed. My first impression in working with them regarding service is five stars. Strongly recommend it.
