On behalf of a trucker: Mechanic that showed goes by "Preacher". He was great. Brakes were locked up, air leak found. He inspected all the brakes, crawling under the trailer, checking valves. He was kind and patient and ensured it was safe to leave before letting my guy leave. Departed with "Be safe, God Bless" How refreshing it is to have service with a smile in the bitter cold of Mich.
