First time owning. Hybrid and I knew I had to take it to somewhere trusted. Ervines had great reviews and I now know why. Excellent customer service, very understanding and the insight to their complete overview of the vehicle was easy to review and it was all listed on portal! Thank you for everything!
I would take your car somewhere else for general car maintenance and repairs. We took our 2013 Prius in for a comprehensive inspection last week. Ended up needing new tires, a few maintenance items, and new brakes/rotors/calipers, all of which were over-priced. The thing that gets me though, and the reason I’m writing this review is that their brake inspection is not included in the comprehensive inspection for $160. My first visit for a funny sound, they gave me a list of things that needed tuning or repaired. I had my dad check out the list and he said something like ' if you were here, I could work on most of this myself but since you are not this list is sufficient' . Since then, Ive been working on that list and every time I go in everyone is friendly, remembers my car ☺️ and answers all my questions. Thankyou
One of their drivers nearly hit me because they didn't want to be behind slower traffic. Would not recommend
