I have been on their wait-list for 3 years and they always say they have no idea when it's going to open again I finally just gave up and said take me off your list.
I haven't had the best experience with the housing commission. They need to update their website because I've been at a risk for homelessness multiple times and their website says that they have emergency housing vouchers but when you call to ask about them, staff will tell you that they don't do that that and they don't have it. Furthermore they'll direct you to Salvation Army or 211 to which both will direct you back to the housing commission or the other stating that they don't do emergency housing vouchers. Everyone should lodge complaint with HUD. Office doors should be open to all as mandated!!
This place is a phenomenal place they help people in the near town they also tell people lies a lot of them they're waiting process takes more than a couple months that they say it takes years
