2nd dentist with terrible customer service, in Grand rapids.
I had a very successful visit to GR Dental. Dr Spencer and Tracy were very patient in explaining exactly what was happening and what to expect. I was 100% by the following morning.
I been going there for years and never had a problem. Transition to new owner(s) went well for me as a customer and no complaints.
Gr8 dental office! Recently moved to the area and they’ve need nothing but professional to work with. Highly recommended.
Drs. Rachel and Spencer are wonderful. They are state of the art dentistry and listen to and address any concerns. I would highly recommend.
