Questionable Delivery Service When we first started receiving the Grand Rapids Press, the service was not good. We would not receive our paper, especially on Sunday. After complaining, the paper did correct the situation. We received 4 free weeks and thus far we have not had any more problems.
Delivery After many years of getting the paper and having great delivery service, we are now experiencing poor delivery. I have requested several times that we would like our paper to be placed between our screen door and the main door, due to our paper either being soaked in the rain, buried in snow drifts, or finding it blown all over our yard/neighborhood. Nothing is seeming to be down about it. I am ready to cancel our service with the press.
