RecommendedThis review is long overdue. We purchased a 2015 Nissan Altima from Norman, (with some help from Frank) at Grand Prize last Dec. It was a Christmas present for our 16yr old son, his first vehicle. Norman was incredibly helpful with the title work and plates, there was zero pressure to buy. Knowing the vehicle would be for a young, first time buyer, Norman went out of his way to go through the vehicle with a fine tooth comb, and even put new brakes on the vehicle without being asked, just to make sure it was good to go. I will NEVER buy another car from this con artist. Within 20 miles of driving off the lot, the rear end started clunking loudly. Norman said it was "normal" although 2 dealerships said I needed a new rear end at $2500. He never responded to e-mails or voice mails after the initial call on the drive home. I should have known better when he repeated that the car was "As-Is"
