They never got in my part to pass "safety inspection" (their words). I waited over 8 months, calling THEM back only to continually be told, "it's on backorder." Left out in the cold, other than bothering me with mail to buy my car back (I thought you told me it was unsafe.). That's pretty horrible for a dealership's Parts Department in charge of getting you a part to pass their own Safety Inspection.
Parts department, counter person today, very helpful overheard him go that extra step to assist another client, professional and patient.
Second time buying here. Honest & reliable - Brian Kochnower was great. Highly recommended GP Subaru!
