Service has been great until today. Brought my car in for a warranty claims for my BT50 for the steering rack/column which is a know common issue with these cars. Was advised that there is a knocking noise coming from the driver side front wheel which I had already told them… They then told me that I had to pay $495 for them to diagnose the issue as I have a after market lift kit. One word - Deflating. It is about the principle and the five stars. One star for the courtesy bus driver as always. One star for location. One last star for a very clean and sparkly waiting room.
