After 13 years of being a loyal customer, today’s experience while booking a routine service was quite disappointing which is a shame as I have always been looked after really well. That is why I’ve kept coming back. Unfortunately not this time.
Worst place to get your car serviced. 1st time had it in there for a major service and for the valve clearances to be inspected and adjusted. Was just a routine 45,000 service due and the result was an excessive oil leak after adjust valve clearances and removing the tappit cover. It was deemed to be the 4 injector seals when removing the cover and pinched cover gasket. I just want to say thank you, especially to Scott for coordinating the processing of my claim with Harrier and getting the covered parts replaced under my mechanical protection plan. I really appreciate the smooth process, the free shuttle rides, and the complimentary car wash as well. Excellent service — thank you!
