Our CX3 was due for a service, booked in, dropped off. The service rep called and said the battery needs replacement, $300, fine, do it. We pick the car up and now electrical central locking doesn't work each time and the electrical parking mirrors no longer work properly. We took it back, apparently the replacement battery was the cause. The electric parking mirrors motors now need replacement. AT OUR COST ! I wouldn't recommend using the business for car servicing, look around locally for professional mechanical servicing.
I was very satisfied with the service I received. The staff were friendly, helpful, and everything was done efficiently. I’ll definitely be back for future servicing.
