I would give zero stars if I could. This was an awful experience. Called in on Tuesday, the 14/10, just after 5 PM to look at a Hyundai Kona, New Salesman came out to see me, said I was going to come back on the weekend, he said no, plenty of time to test drive it. Spoke about how I was looking at trading my car in, depending on what I would get for it. At no time did I say I was going to purchase the car. Very poor customer service. Very arrogant manager, did not want to come out and speak to the customer but tried to get answers through the agent. Agent was also not agent although I booked for an appointment. I was served by the security guard I guess. He was a good person but zero knowledge about vehicles. He handed over me information sheets to read which I could google. I don’t know how this kind of manager’s behaviour works.
don't usually write reviews but just a rude sales person, went there previously they had technical difficulties and insinuated we were at fault. just went to aspley Mazda and got a car there instead, not giving them the time or money.
Avoid the Car Care Protection – Waste of Money and Time I purchased a brand-new Hyundai in 2021 and paid extra for MotorOne’s paint and interior protection, believing them that this product offers protection against fading and discolouration giving the vehicle an optimum finish and lasting results. Despite regular care and washing, watermarks fading and loss of gloss developed within a few years.
