Great customer service from James and the team! They’ve always been friendly, proactive, and professional while servicing my Hyundai over the past four years.
The sales manager is very arrogant and rude, tries to be oversmart but doesnt seem like. Being a customer we have right to call 100 times and ask a question as we are not buying a lolly from a lollyshop. We are investing thousands of dollar and when called the sales manager speakes very rude , also on the day we were there to enquire about car he was showing attitude . He doesnt know how to deal with the client, had awful experience but the sales agent was good.
Worked with a salesman on potentially buying a palisade as we needed the extra space for a fourth child. I informed him that unfortunately we had lost the baby so no longer needed the bigger car. His response was simply "no worries, thanks for letting me know". THIS is what you can expect.
A shout out to the service people at caboolture. After having had enough of ordinary dealings with another dealership. i was pleasantly surprised with the service booking to the warranty issue I had with my car. i had absolutely no dramas. well done to james and reception staff. outstanding
appalling experience at Hyundai Used Cars Caboolture. I visited on Easter Monday and found an almost new car that I completely fell in love with. I was ready to spend over $32,000 and returned the very next day for a booked appointment, fully intending to purchase the vehicle.
