Service staff great, good work
Hyundai Grand Prix Caboolture, provides absolutely excellent service. James, Mel, and the whole team are incredibly friendly and genuinely care about their customers and the quality of their work. Our car broke down due to overheating and was taken to another Hyundai service center and honestly, the experience there was terrible. Zero interest from used car sales staff despite looking at 2 vehicles…
I would give zero stars if I could. This was an awful experience. Called in on Tuesday, the 14/10, just after 5 PM to look at a Hyundai Kona, New Salesman came out to see me, said I was going to come back on the weekend, he said no, plenty of time to test drive it. Spoke about how I was looking at trading my car in, depending on what I would get for it. At no time did I say I was going to purchase the car. They copied my licence and I signed, saying I understood the Excess I would be liable for if I had an Accident. While I ... read more
Very poor customer service. Very arrogant manager, did not want to come out and speak to the customer but tried to get answers through the agent. Agent was also not agent although I booked for an appointment. I was served by the security guard I guess. He was a good person but zero knowledge about vehicles. He handed over me information sheets to read which I could google. I don’t know how this kind of manager’s behaviour works.
