Excellent Customer Service! After noticing condensation on a dual pane window, I called Grand Prix Glass. I spoke to Rose (Tuesday afternoon) who scheduled a technician to come out the following morning. The technician, Jesus arrived (Wednesday morning) on time to evaluate issue. Jesus indicated that the window would need to be replaced and that there was a four day turnaround on glass orders. We ordered a piece of glass for a shower nook. First they got the thickness wrong(they caught that mistake on their own but it cost us time to wait for it). Then when my husband picked it up it had the receipt with the size he asked for taped to it. However, the sticker on it and the actual measurement were different from what he had ordered.
