I visited this dental office with my son for a check-up and was presented with a very large treatment plan, including multiple fillings and extractions. When I asked to review the X-rays and understand which teeth actually required treatment, they did not show them during the visit. Instead, I was told I would need to submit a request and wait up to 3 weeks to receive copies, which is unreasonable.
