The exterior was clean. The vacuum was not included and only lasted long enough for half the car.
I go there because it's brushless but 14 bucks later my car is just as dirty as before...
Like many others have said, this wash leaves your car dirty, especially if you have an older car. If your car is extremely muddy or dirty, it's better than nothing, but I basically use this place as a pre-wash to a real hand wash if I've been driving on a lot of gravel roads. Also beware of bringing older cars in, the chemicals here likely caused my roof clear coat to fade. For newer, fresher clear coats I wouldn't worry too much.
