Good evening Google. On Wednesday January 31st 2024 I would like to file a complaint against Grande Prairie. I called and ask the receptionist if I could get a refill of Sertraline HCL from the therapist. She said that the therapist wouldn't see me if I had an evaluation. I only had two pills left and I was going through withdrawals as well. So on Saturday February 3rd I went to the hospital to get a refill for Sertraline HCL. They gave me a prescription of my meds for a month.
If I cold give 0 stars, I absolutely would! I cannot continue with this company due to its lack of professionalism. No one answers the phone, and when someone does, they don't even know what to do. I have been trying to get any appointment for the longest and keep getting the runaround. If you are not interested in helping your patients, please just close this business. Highly unprofessional and I would never recommend anyone here.
Dont care about mental health its a shame we live in a negative world full of hatred. Its very sad.
