In my experience, this provider and their staff — especially Pam, who handled phone calls — failed me in every possible way. Pam told me directly that I was “not a patient,” even though I had been seen and treated by this provider. She also promised to follow up on my verbal request for medical records and medication, yet never did. I have documented phone records showing the dates and times of my calls, but their office now claims there is “no record” of my requests. Good evening Google. On Wednesday January 31st 2024 I would like to file a complaint against Grande Prairie. I called and ask the receptionist if I could get a refill of Sertraline HCL from the therapist. She said that the therapist wouldn't see me if I had an evaluation. I only had two pills left and I was going through withdrawals as well. So on Saturday February 3rd I went to the hospital to get a refill for Sertraline HCL. They gave me a prescription of my meds for a month.
