The one star is for the tech who did my nails she was very kind and sweet if she didn’t work there I’d go to her again however the establishment overall I WOULD NOT recommend!!! I expressed my concerns and they totally dismissed them I left the salon unsatisfied and management couldn’t care less ! If I’m going to spend my money I’d rather do it elsewhere where they actually care for their customers. I’m literally never going back!
I’m picky about my pedicures, and Kathy truly leveled up my experience. She really listened to what I wanted. This place has great equipment, and the massage and attention to detail are excellent. Highly recommended!
Overall good experience, with complimentary drinks and good service on my mom and I. The issue I have is the older lady messed my nana up completely. First, she didn’t listen to her about doing gel polish and did regular. Then, in her mani and pedi she was extremely rough and cut her toe. She’s diabetic and takes a lot of medication. Her toes has been bleeding on an off and swollen since her appointment that was supposed to be relaxing and has to watch her bleeding so she doesn’t need to see a doctor. Please ask for Ruby when you go! It’s very hard to show a pic off of TikTok and a nail tech get it right without problems! I asked for the colors i wanted and she delivered!
