WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT MOVE HERE. THEY ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND ARE GREAT THEIFS. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FEES FOR NO APPARENT REASON, YOU WILL NEVER GET IN TOUCH WITH THE PROPERTY MANAGER AND THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO ANY VOICEMAILS OR EMAILS. THEY PROPERTY MANAGER WENDY IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND WILL TRY TO TAKE EVERYTHING YOU HAVE IF YOU LET HER. 5 YEARS LIVING HERE AND HAVENT HAD A ISSUE UNTIL SHE BECAME THE PROPERTY MANAGER. I lived at Grand Pointe for 5 years. It seemed like the office staff was a revolving door. Some were nice and competent but many were rude and incompetent. The office is often closed during their posted office hours, and it is difficult to get someone on the phone. When you move out, they will try to charge you for everything little thing they can. You can scrub the apartment from top to bottom, and they will find something to charge you for. If you have a few stains on the carpet (which I would think is normal after 5 years... read more

So far so good! I've noticed a huge difference since the New Management started. The new office staff is very friendly and gets any issues solved quickly. The location is great too... I am pretty much down the road from everything. My only complaint so far are a few rude residents.

Turn over is high for the management and front office staff making it impossible to resolve outstanding issues. They are rude and confrontational. The grounds are poorly kept and pet waste can be found everywhere. Be prepared to step in it. Do not pay the extra money for the pond view. The fountains rarely work and and it is full of trash. The air conditioning is poor and frequently needs to be serviced, so be prepared to have some hot summer days and nights. Poorly organized. My a/c broke 6 times, stuck with 100+ degree weather, they stuck a window air conditioner in my window and spiked my electric bill, the a/c didn't fit in the window so they cut out cardboard and duct taped it to the window, poor service all around. Cannot wait to move out and do not suggest moving here.
