My wife Linda who probably will need memory and nursing care in the next year, visited without an appointment on a Monday morning. We were greeted warmly by a receptionist. She phoned a representative to come to the front desk and give us a tour after a brief conversation in a conference room. We saw several of the residents in the common areas. Our tour guide was very helpful and we were shown a studio and one bedroom unit. That was very helpful along with the viewing of the dining and activity area.
This is a very great place to live. Good food, lots of caring staff.
The staff and all of the accommodations at Grand Pines are exceptional. From the moment you walk in the front door and are greeted by Deana, to the stroll down the hall, everyone says hello. Activities, social hours, dining, hair salon are all wonderful attributes my Mom enjoys and utilizes frequently. Our favorite is the cleaning staff here! Caring staff. Administration that responds and follows through with all concerns and attempts to address any issues brought to their attention. Family-type atmosphere.
Great job providing a tour of your facilities.Brianna was very friendly and answered all of our questions. Beautiful facility.
