Terra did my haircut and I love it. She's very professional, well-skilled and understands the needs of her customers. Update: I went in for a keratin treatment and followed all post-treatment instructions. I shampooed my hair after 72 hours, and immediately after the very first wash, my hair was back to being frizzy, rough, and unchanged. I had a wonderful experience at this salon today! The atmosphere was relaxing and the music was lovely. Stefani, who did my highlights, was patient, professional, and friendly, and she matched the exact look I showed her in the picture. I absolutely love it and highly recommend her!

This weather has given me pretty severe dandruff, and while looking for a local scalp treatment I found Grand Parlor. I’m very pleased with the service I received — my head feels great and my hair looks fantastic. It was a great experience overall; I’d highly recommend it.

Julia really listened to what I was hoping to achieve with a hair cut and she delivered! She made sure I was pleased with the final outcome and I felt cared for. The salon was clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Ambiance is nice and clean. Everyone is very friendly and professional. My son got a cut and really nice highlights from Stefani. We will definitely be back!
