My stylist, Stefani, was outstanding. I explained the problems I was having with my hair. She did an outstanding job. She was friendly, professional, gentle and kind. She will definitely be seeing me again.

Came in TODAY around 130pm/2pm as a walk-in hoping to squeeze in a haircut, but both hairdressers didn’t even acknowledge me when I was inside… In fact, one of them looked at me but turned away! I even waited a couple minutes to give them a chance to at least say Hi or ask how they could help me, but they literally ignored me… I was looking forward to it because I saw great reviews so it’s a shame this happened.

Had two awesome appointments with Tarra. My hair looked incredible after she treated and blow dried it. It also was efficient! Will definitely be back!

Very impressed with this salon and especially our stylist, Jaira. I had tried calling around town and could not find anywhere to accommodate my daughter and I at such short notice until I came across Grand Parlor. Called at 2:30pm and she managed to get an appointment for BOTH of us at 4:15pm SAME DAY. When we showed up we did not even have to wait 5 minutes for her to get started on us. Unfortunately I had several concerns. The “Tip Convenience Fee” and the “Surcharge” were an unexpected charge. Most salons accept credit cards without a surcharge and what is the tip convenience fee?? My stylist didn’t really understand my needs and ended up cutting my hair too short! Maybe because she is used to nowadays everyone goes for the buzz cut. Very disappointing …don’t think I’ll be back
