Excellent service as always! I’ve been coming here for a year and have been very pleased with the Grand Parkway Smiles team. Dr. Gomez, Patty, Bertha, and the entire team are always very professional, informative, accommodating, and friendly! They have done a lot of work on me so far, including 2 implants, 3 crowns, and 4 fillings … all having superior results!! And they do everything with extreme care. During my last visit, I requested to get a regular teeth cleaning that my insurance covers 100% and they refused. They said they will only do the maintenance cleaning that required me to pay around $76 dollars out of pocket. I have spent thousands of dollars including paying $12,000 for 4 implants in the past. I should have the option to do a regular cleaning. I'm disappointed with this dental office and will be going to another dentist.
Excellent service provided by Grand Parkway Smiles team including Dr Belivand and Denise who did great job on my last visit. Highly recommend them!
