Bad staff , doctor Ali doesn’t work there anymore ;(
office staff could use training but Dr. Ali is great, very sweet
I love dr. Ali but her staff seems changed a lot in attitude since the last time I have been here. I called to get an appointment and I understand doctor could be busy. I was asking for the closest time available and she just told me we are just too busy? So wasn’t willing to give a date until I asked two more times for the closest day possible just said we are busy. Really rude and doesn’t even care. I am thinking about changing my primary care provider.
Their office staff is very unprofessional. Never answer the phone calls. Setup appointments but never confirm them so patients just stay in wonderland if their appointment is confirmed or still pending. Never returns calls.
