Joel is one of the most competent maintenance person I have met. When you submit a ticket, he is here as soon as he can and fixes the problem quickly. He knows virtually anything. The best thing about Joel is his friendliness, always very happy with a smile on his face. I feel he is more than maintenance but a friend. Gives his time to talk with you as you do with a friend. Joel is an huge asset to Avenue Living, provides exemplary customer service at all times.
