The scanner at the front gate continuously breaks with very long time for repair. On top of that, the way they process cars is very slow in the visitor line. I have met multiple of the employees and do not believe it is due to their skill that the line move so slow. But for those who have a QR code and do live in the community are forced to wait in lines that can take up to 30 minutes. It's beyond me as to why they haven't installed a QR code reader in the entrance towards the back of the community.
I can't wait till those new HOA state laws kick in on July 1st. No more power hungry HOA.
