With new management coming in “Thrive” they have bumped our rent up to $1,520 and a $100 late fee.. well before “Thrive” I was paying $1,490 with a $10 late fee and let’s not forget it’s a 1 bed 1 bath, it’s just not worth it why? No patio, no porch, no car covers, and no garage. I give this a NO STAR
i don’t get why the management is being weird to me. i keep having to request info about thrive and asking why they didn’t input my info into their system so i can set up my accounts. they notified my roommate about the questions i asked them but never contacted me back …? :/ they sent out a email about thrive to my roommate but not to me. i don’t know why i have to go out of my way to do their jobs even though they set up my roommates acc and they left me to try to set up mine even though i explained that thrive and bilt wo... read more

Avoid these apartments like the plague. I lived here for just short of 3 years and it was my worst rental experience ever. So many issues. The security would constantly harass myself and my guest. The gate was broken for months on end allowing for my car to be vandalized along with 4 on my neighbors having their cars stolen (security was too busy harassing residents to stop criminals). I lived in the apartment complex for about a year and a half and I couldn’t have asked for better. It is a great place that’s organized and kept well maintained The manager Rachel was also very respectful and polite
