I spent $20k on beautiful Sierra Pacific windows that cannot be opened and all have the wrong screens. Salesperson and customer service could not care less. Worst decision I made on my new home build. Do not do business with these people.

I've emailed and called everyday for the last two months to get an estimate on a broken window and nothing has been done. I was able to get a hold of the office once and they told me they would call me back to schedule the following week but never did. Super disappointed as we purchased all our windows from here and had a great experience, but the service department lack of response has been extremely frustrating. In the process of looking for another supplier.

Terrible Service. Been waiting 3 months for a window, window showed up... wrong size. Since then no communication. Left 3 messages. Pissed.
