Great place to live. The maintenance team and management are always on top of things and are great ppl !
I am new to Suwanee and I absolutely love it. I didn’t choose Grand Oasis. Grand Oasis chose me! The community is clean and extremely quiet. I love my new home and where it sits in the community. Kids playing outside, people walking their fur babies…. It’s just a serene scene to experience. The on-property technicians are great! Maintenance requests are responded to within 24 hours. We felt forced to move because of the ongoing harassment for approximately 2 years from apartment 401. Management did nothing about it. They didn’t even want to consider waiving the early termination fee due to the neighbor violating the lease agreement.
We’ve been living at Grand Oasis for almost a year, and our experience has been great overall. Maintenance requests are handled quickly—often within a day, and sometimes even the same day. Both the office and maintenance staff have always been respectful and professional, which we truly appreciate. I’d especially like to recognize Ciara.
