The landlords are the worst I've ever experienced. They accused me of smoking in my unit and I don't even smoke, I was written up for it. The county was paying my rent and when I moved out they told me I had a balance I needed to pay and I could not dispute it. Once you move in you are required to sign up for SSI and then they will take that to pay for rent. When I got a job they wanted me to pay $1090 a month to live there. This place is a joke

They do nothing for up keep. 3 trees down still since storms in June and 4 months now since I informed them a security light is out...still has not been repaired. I was told to use the website for maintenance work yet I've put in numerous requests and none have been taken care of and not even a call.
Not independent living. Its more like or they want it to be an IRTS facility. Tape things to your door instead of mailing them make you ask for toilet paper ectcops here all the time
I live here love the townhouse. But have been broken into a couple times
