RecommendedWe had to put to sleep our beloved Attila almost 2 weeks ago, the saddest day of our life. Dr. Shah guided us thru the process, it was the 1st time for me, and she was very compassionate, brought her into tears when Attila passed away, that shows she really does care about animals. We live in Clermont and we make the drive to this place, 100% recommended. She also has treated our other dogs, and again very professional. Thank you Dr. Shah 💛
I would highly recommend Dr Shah above any vet out there. She was so amazing when I had to euthanize my best buddy Duncan 3yrs ago now. She was as upset as I was and showed her compassion above and beyond. I have a new rescue fur baby named Ginger. She was as patient and caring as she was with Duncan. Unfortunately I have moved further away and had to change to another vet closer. But if anyone asks about a great vet I definitely tell them about Grand Oaks. Absolutely love Dr. Shah she truly loves caring for all my pets and rescues . she goes above and beyond.
Dr. needs to attend multiple Patient Relations Improvement Class. Staff should stop lying to the Pet owners. Dr. needs to read her notes from prior visits to properly treat our precious animals. Sadly, this is a very poorly run Vet office.
Dr. Shah is super nice and caring, and always takes the time for our kitties. Her whole team is great as well!

Dr Sha and her team are amazing!!! I saved a cat 3 years ago and I went to this Clinic. Since then I go to there! TiTi has a severe heart problem discovered 2 years ago and Dr Sha is taking care of him and he is like a child! So happy and lovely!!! I have no words to thank Dr Sha! She is more than a Doctor! Such lovely human being!!! I totally recommend this Clinic! ❤️🌻🙏😻 sending kisses to Alex and all the team!!!! ❤️
