Great experience overall with this builder. The customer service was responsive and helpful throughout the process, addressing concerns quickly and professionally. The build quality is solid, and any issues that came up were handled to the best of their ability. Being a newer community, everything feels fresh and well planned. Pricing is reasonable for the value you get, and the area is convenient and growing. Definitely a good option for new homebuyers.
