DO NOT BUY A HOME HERE UNTIL CONSTRUCTION IS COMPLETE AROUND YOUR HOME. The builder does not want to clean my house from the mess they have made. Thick saw dust on my roof shingles, flower beds, yard edges, dirty garage door, front door,...entire porch. It ained hard for a few days and still did not wash away. My house looks extremely dusty. Great experience overall with this builder. The customer service was responsive and helpful throughout the process, addressing concerns quickly and professionally. The build quality is solid, and any issues that came up were handled to the best of their ability. Being a newer community, everything feels fresh and well planned. Pricing is reasonable for the value you get, and the area is convenient and growing. Definitely a good option for new homebuyers.
My family has lived here in GRAND OAKS VILLAGE almost 1 year and love it. I must give Raymond, Jamie, and most of all Clint praises. Upon moving into this new home we had questions about everything that was not built in a home we had lived in for over 20 years , the house was built in the 1970's,we needed more space, this home provided our needs.
