Nasty disgusting tenants… reported to the office MULTIPLE times about phlegm on the stairs VIA EMAIL & IN PERSON and NOTHING has been done. They are more concerned with getting their RENT ON TIME then addressing tenant issues!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hello I've just recently moved out these apartments. After living in this establishment for 4years ill say my opinion is valid. When I first moved there first rent office lady was super, she got back to you with you in no time., once she left the complex to me started going down left and right people starting coming and going. Absolutely the worst apartment complex I’ve ever experienced—do not move here. Maintenance is a joke. They take months to respond to issues, and when they do, nothing is actually repaired. Most of the furniture was broken from day one, and no one takes responsibility. The complex is overrun with roaches that won’t go away, no matter what you do. The community is loud, chaotic, and completely unsafe. Kids run around disturbing residents, banging on doors and causing trouble, while management does absolutely nothing to stop it... read more
