I want to give an honest review of this place—both the good and the bad. The good: It’s affordable, and the office does try their best to fix things when they break. The bad: Over the past few months, there have been multiple shootings—whether security is present or not. I’ve personally seen forensic vans here twice just last month, which really makes me question how safe it is. Nasty disgusting tenants… reported to the office MULTIPLE times about phlegm on the stairs VIA EMAIL & IN PERSON and NOTHING has been done. They are more concerned with getting their RENT ON TIME then addressing tenant issues!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
